Meet Preeya
About the Artist
I have been in the Triangle since 2017 with over 8,000 local clients and over 12,000 clients throughout my career. My approach to beauty is modern but conservative — I listen to each client to make sure they get what they came in for, and so much more.
Before moving to North Carolina, I owned and operated a skincare clinic in Thailand, providing a full range of beauty services including advanced skincare and permanent makeup beginning in 2011. I hold certifications in permanent makeup, 3D tattoo artistry, black and grey realism, and breast restoration — with specialized safety training through a top international hospital.
I have been honored with multiple awards in permanent makeup and microblading, and have had the opportunity to train with leading experts from both South Korea and Thailand.

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your treatment.
What to Expect
Understand the process, pacing, and decision points — so nothing feels unclear.
Your appointment begins with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your goals, map your facial structure, and design the treatment together before any work begins. You'll review and approve the design fully before we proceed — nothing is permanent until you're confident.
Most treatments take 2–3 hours for the initial session. The actual procedure is comfortable; topical numbing is applied beforehand and refreshed throughout. You'll feel gentle pressure and vibration, but not pain.
After the session, your results will appear bolder and darker than the final healed outcome — this is completely normal. The true color and definition emerge over the following 4–6 weeks as the skin heals and the pigment settles. A follow-up touch-up appointment is typically scheduled 6–8 weeks later to perfect the result.
Pre-Care & Aftercare
Clear, practical guidance to protect your results and support clean healing.
Before your appointment: Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 72 hours prior. No alcohol 24 hours before. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks before your session. Do not wax, thread, or tint brows for one week prior. Come with clean skin — no makeup on the treatment area.
After your appointment: Keep the area dry for the first 24 hours. Apply the provided aftercare ointment in a very thin layer 2–3 times daily. Avoid direct sun, sweating, swimming, and saunas for 10–14 days. Do not pick, scratch, or peel any flaking skin — this disrupts the pigment. Sleep on a clean pillowcase and avoid sleeping face-down. Most peeling resolves within 7–10 days, revealing your softened, healed result beneath.
The Healing Process
See the typical stages, what's normal, and when results fully settle.
Healing happens in predictable stages — knowing what to expect makes the process easy to navigate.
Days 1–3: The treated area will appear bold and darker than expected. Some mild redness and slight swelling is normal and will subside quickly.
Days 4–7: The surface begins to flake and peel. This is the most important phase — resist the urge to pick. The color may look patchy or faded as old skin sheds.
Days 7–14: Peeling completes and the color appears significantly lighter — sometimes alarmingly so. This is normal. The pigment is sitting deeper in the skin and will resurface as healing continues.
Weeks 3–6: Color gradually returns and deepens to its true settled shade. Fine hair strokes or detail work becomes crisp and defined.
Week 6–8: Your touch-up appointment. We assess the healed result, fill any gaps, and refine the shape — this is where perfection happens.
Corrections & Removals
Options for fixing previous work or removing unwanted permanent makeup safely.
If you have existing permanent makeup that has faded, shifted in color, or no longer suits you, there are safe and effective options available.
Color correction: For brows that have taken on an unwanted warm, red, or ashy tone over time, a neutralizing pigment can be layered over the existing work to correct the hue before refreshing the shape and density.
Correction of previous work: Misshapen or poorly executed previous work can often be improved through careful redesign — adding shape where needed or working with what's there. An honest assessment is always provided upfront so you know what outcome is achievable.
Saline removal: A saline-based lightening solution can be tattooed over existing pigment to draw it out of the skin over a series of sessions. This is a gradual process — most clients need 2–4 sessions spaced 8 weeks apart.
Laser removal: Referrals are available for laser-based removal when saline is not the best fit. Results vary depending on the original pigment color and depth.
All correction consultations are complimentary. Please send photos in advance so we can give you an honest assessment before your visit.
